JUSTICE FORWARD
Mission: Justice Forward breaks the cycle of incarceration and funds essential programs for individuals in the Specialty Courts of Harris, Galveston, and Fort Bend Counties to help them become independent and productive members of our community.
The Council on Recovery
Mission: Our mission is to lead the community in creating a path to freedom from substance abuse and related issues.
OPEN DOOR MISSION
Mission: Open Door Mission is a faith- and evidence-based recovery and rehabilitation program and facility dedicated to transforming the lives of the most severely addicted, destitute, homeless, and disabled men in our community. We want the men graduating from Open Door Mission to have all the skills necessary to live sober and successful lives.
SANTA MARIA HOSTEL
Mission: The mission of Santa Maria Hostel is to empower women and their families to lead healthy, successful, productive, and self-fulfilling lives.
ANGELA HOUSE
Mission: The mission of Angela House is to successfully transition women into society after incarceration.
MERCY STREET
Mission: Mercy Street creates a safe harbor of hope and transformation, so all may experience the radical grace of God.
The Phoenix
Mission: At The Phoenix, we’re fueling a movement that builds on the power of community and belonging to change how society approaches addiction and recovery.
SOBER RECREATION COMMITTEE
Mission: The Sober Recreation Committee is dedicated to providing and promoting fun events for the recovering community in the Greater Houston Area.
HOUSTON RECOVERY INITIATIVE
Mission: The Houston Recovery Initiative is an effort to work toward a recovery-oriented system of care (ROSC) for those who are affected by alcoholism and addiction. We create opportunities to collaborate with agencies across Houston, working together to aid those in recovery.
HOUSTON RECOVERY CENTER
Mission: The mission of Houston Recovery Center is to provide compassionate care to underserved individuals affected by substance use through early intervention and community care coordination to help them achieve lifelong recovery.

Mission: The Montrose Center empowers our community—primarily lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) individuals and their families—to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
